Welcome to Immigrate. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully — they explain what Immigrate is, what it is not, and the limits of what we can do for you.
1. What Immigrate is (and is not)
Immigrate is an informational platform that helps you understand official immigration and settlement processes for Canada, the United States, and Spain, and plan your journey. We are not a law firm, an immigration consultancy, or a government body. We do not provide legal advice or representation, and using Immigrate does not create a lawyer–client or consultant–client relationship. For advice about your specific case, consult a licensed professional — a regulated immigration consultant (RCIC) or lawyer in Canada, an immigration attorney in the United States, or an abogado or gestor de extranjería in Spain — and always confirm details on the official government source.
2. AI-generated information
Parts of Immigrate, including your personalized journey and the "Ask Immigrate" assistant, are produced by artificial intelligence. AI can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong, and it may not reflect the latest rules, fees, or deadlines. Treat everything it produces as general information to help you understand the process — not as a decision, a legal opinion, or a substitute for official sources. Never rely on it alone for deadlines, eligibility, or any irreversible step; verify with the relevant government authority and a licensed professional first.
3. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old to use Immigrate. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your login details secure, and you are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Some features may be offered as a paid subscription. Where they are, the price, billing period, and what is included are shown before you pay. You can cancel at any time from your account settings, and your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where a refund is required by law.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use Immigrate lawfully and not to misuse it — for example, by attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, scrape it at scale, access other users' data, or use it to break the law. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or put other users or the service at risk.
6. No guarantee of outcomes
Immigration decisions rest solely with the relevant government authorities. Immigrate cannot and does not guarantee that any application will be accepted, that you will be found eligible for any program, or that any timeline will be met.
7. Service provided "as is"; limitation of liability
Immigrate is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the platform or the information it provides — including decisions made, deadlines missed, or costs incurred. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law that applies to you.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will let you know. Continuing to use Immigrate after the changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
